Article 1 — Purpose
These terms of use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the KeySuite service (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Kyvos Studio (hereinafter "the Publisher").

Article 3 — Access to the Service
Access to the Service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Access is reserved for hospitality professionals acting within the scope of their business.
Article 4 — Service Description
KeySuite is a SaaS platform for hotel operations management. The Service includes:
- Team, department and organisational chart management
- Operations tracking through customisable checklists
- Shift handover management
- Information sharing and internal communication
Available features depend on the subscribed plan. The Publisher reserves the right to evolve the Service's features.
Article 5 — Subscription and Pricing
The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Current prices are available on the pricing page. The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices, subject to notifying users at least 30 days before the new prices take effect.
Article 6 — Data and Intellectual Property
Data entered by the user remains their property. The user has the right to fully export their data at any time. The Publisher does not claim any ownership rights over content created by the user.
The Service, its code, design and brand are the exclusive property of Kyvos Studio. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 7 — Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time for monthly plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to their data for 30 days after cancellation.
Article 8 — Liability and Warranties
The Publisher commits to providing an available and functional Service. However, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, updates or force majeure. The Publisher implements necessary measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Article 9 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the Publisher's registered office jurisdiction.
